Kitty lives.

I've been 100% inactive lately, due to school trouble and meds fucking with my system. I've received an expulsion warning, and my parents are supposed to go to school to sort things out. I'm slightly worried about mom walking in there like a drama mobile and losing all sense of diplomacy, but then again...I'm not quite the diplomat myself, so I guess it's something I can't avoid.

I regret not being able to be here more often. I miss lurking on the forums, flaming fanatic Christians, trolling HWL and wasting precious minutes of my life reading threads in Deviants. I also should look at art more, and that rain feature is on the way. Not to mention that my watchbox has surpassed 1,200 deviations.

The good news, however, my dear deviants, is that I've been struck by the lightning of creativity. I'm recruiting models, visiting locations, daydreaming about concepts...I have a shoot planned for Saturday (with the lovely Magda) and another one soon enough, starring Miha, the cutest and most versatile model I've had.

Writing is picking up as well, and with a bit of luck, I might just finish a chapter, one paragraph at a time between sessions of procrastinating and playing Cake Mania.

I also have some non-portrait art that I haven't posted yet, due to lack of editing software, but that shall be fixed soon enough.

And apart from that, I also have something else scheduled, which is nothing like my general style. Whether such things will or will not appear in my gallery depends on a decision I won't take alone.

All in all, I'm excited about trying new things and being an artist and a human being again rather than a dark creature living in her bed.

For all those wonderful, wonderful, wonderful, wonderful, wonderful people supporting me...thank you. Especially my favourite lesbian Ms. Honourable Bachelor of Science Fenella Fiona Churchton, who knows that kittens and pandas and Touhou make everything better; Chris, the laughing puppy, and his magical power of making people laugh even in the darkest moments, as well as his delicious depiction of muffin sex; and also Will, Niina, Maria, Mr. Jack Byles and everyone who provided hugs. It matters. It matters more than you'll ever know.

And to the most important person in my life, my Linus, you know you're the light that guides me, no matter what. I love you.
